WHO am I?

I'm Charlotte! I've worn many different hats in my professional career, besides Instructional Design, I have also been an orchestral musician, global educator, and amateur baker. My work has taken me all over the world and I have lived in 6 different countries besides my home in the USA. My background in the performing arts, plus my global experiences give a unique and truly multi-cultural lens through which I approach problems.

WHY ID?

I love learning! My whole adult life I have been creating learning experiences of various types. One of the most invigorating things for me is figuring out the best way to help people learn what they need to know or want to know! 

HOW do I create?

Accessible, engaging, multi-cultural learning is a must for me in whatever training I create. As I develop a learning solution for a client, I seek to use the most logical format and technology to create trainings that engage their audience and approaches the material in a fresh and creative way.
